Everything you need to know about how Panda works, who provides your credit, and your rights as a customer.
Your credit is provided by SteadyPay Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (No. 10713752), authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA No. 789333) for Consumer Credit and Credit Information Services. Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.
Panda Tech Industries Limited (Company No. 15572716) operates as an Introducer Appointed Representative of SteadyPay Limited. Panda does not hold, lend, or advance any funds. Your credit agreement is directly between you and SteadyPay Limited. Registered office: 7 Sable Close, Hounslow, England, TW4 7PD.
Panda offers eligible customers access to a £300 MCC-locked virtual Mastercard for use exclusively at hospitality venues — restaurants, bars, cafes, pubs and similar establishments. The credit is provided by SteadyPay Limited and repaid over three months.
Once approved, your £300 credit is loaded onto a virtual Mastercard issued via Equals Money. The card is locked to hospitality merchant category codes (MCCs) and cannot be used for any other category of spend. This ensures the credit is used only for its intended purpose.
Repayments are collected by SteadyPay Limited via direct debit. You will be required to set up a direct debit mandate during the application process.
Panda charges a flat one-off fee of £36 (12% of the £300 credit) per credit cycle. There are no interest charges, no rollover fees, and no hidden costs. The fee is payable alongside your repayments as set out above.
If you miss a repayment, SteadyPay Limited may report this to credit reference agencies, which may negatively affect your credit score. If you are struggling to make repayments, please contact SteadyPay directly at support@steadypay.co as soon as possible.
You have the right to withdraw from your credit agreement within 14 days of entering into it, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact SteadyPay Limited at support@steadypay.co. You will be required to repay the credit in full within 30 days of giving notice of withdrawal.
All credit is subject to status. SteadyPay Limited will carry out identity verification, credit reference checks, and affordability assessments before approving your application. Panda does not make credit decisions — all decisions are made by SteadyPay Limited.
